leeseisfabulous: You will set a daily goal(s) for yourself and at the end of each shift you will write a reflection journal that describes how your goal(s) were met or not met.  This journal entry must be posted to the D2L drop box within 24 hours of each shift.  The journal entry should be a minimum of one page in length. My goal for today was time management. There was a total of four patients in the hospital today. One was discharged at 10am. Two were assigned to my preceptor. I did absolutely nothing for about 95% of my shift that I left 3 hours early. My question is, how the hell am I going to write a one page paper on time management?
